As one of my last projects at university I redesigned the costumes of Johann Strauss II's Die Fledermaus, bringing the operetta into the glamorous yet treacherous world of modern-day Hollywood. The operetta's second act is often interpreted as a masquerade, which I reimagined as a fabulous celebrity Halloween party. These designs attempt to capture the essence of each character while reflecting the spectacle and excess of Hollywood’s elite.
